Tiredness and fatigue

We have all experienced tiredness at some point. Usually the causes of tiredness are clear such as having a very busy day, doing a lot of exercise, stress or a baby keeping you up all night. However sometimes tiredness can persist and does not improve with a good night’s sleep. Fatigue is a feeling of extreme physical and/or mental tiredness. It can impact a person’s ability to carry out their normal daily activities. There are a variety of factors which may cause or contribute to tiredness and fatigue.
